Price Locked
The price you sign is the price you pay. To the dollar.
Once you sign your proposal, your price is locked in. No mid-project surprises. No "we found more stuff so it's extra." No phone calls halfway through the job asking for more money. What we quote you on paper is exactly what you pay at the end.
This protects you from the single most common complaint homeowners have about roofing contractors — the bait-and-switch pricing game.
Decking Covered
If we miss damaged wood, we eat the cost — not you.
During our roof inspection, we estimate how much damaged plywood or shiplap (the wood underneath your roof) may need replacement. If we miss it and find more damage once the old roof comes off, we replace that additional decking at our cost, not yours.
Most roofers charge $80 to $150 per sheet of decking they find. With Fox Roofing, if it's our miss on inspection, it's our bill — not yours.
No Surprise Fees
No fine print. No last-minute add-ons. No "basic" upcharges.
Some roofers will quote a low base price and then nickel-and-dime you on things that should be standard — disposal fees, permit fees, "premium" underlayment, you name it. We don't do that.
Your proposal includes everything needed to complete your roof to manufacturer specifications. If it's not on the proposal, you don't pay for it. Period.
The Fox Warranty
Written protection on both materials and workmanship.
You get two layers of protection on your new roof — the manufacturer's warranty on the materials we installed, and the Fox Warranty on our workmanship. If something we installed fails within the written warranty terms, we come back and fix it. You don't pay a dime.
Both warranties come with your proposal in writing, so you know exactly what's covered before any work begins.
